At The Oaks Apparel, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
